SALON POLICIES

Deposits

Due to the nature of our business and the high value of our time, we may ask new clients to pay a deposit towards their appointment.

Shorter appointments (1 - 2 hours) £25

Longer appointments (2 - 4 hours) £50

Very long appointments (4+ hours) £100

 

Cancellation Policy

For us to run a sustainable business, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Don't worry we understand life happens, we can sort something out!

 

Failure to provide 48 hours' notice may result in a loss of deposit or we may ask for 50% of the appointment cost to be paid.

Not showing up to an appointment will result in a loss of deposit and you will be unable to book any services with us again.
